Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

At Joogly, we strive to provide high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. However, we understand that issues may arise, and in certain cases, returns or refunds are applicable. A return or refund is only valid if the product was damaged during transit or if you received the wrong item. If you need to initiate a return, you must contact us at support@joogly.in within 48 hours of delivery and provide the necessary proof. Our team will assist you through the return process and ensure a smooth resolution.

To process a return or refund request, proof of damage is mandatory. You are required to submit a clear and continuous unboxing video of the product, showing the package being opened without any pauses or edits. The damage should be clearly visible in the video. If the required proof is not provided, the return request may be denied.

We take extensive care in packaging to minimize transit damage. However, if you face any issues, our hassle-free return and exchange policy allows you to initiate a request within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at support@joogly.in. The product must remain unused, in its original packaging, and with all barcodes, labels, and tags intact. Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup within 2-5 business days. Upon receiving the returned product, our team will perform a quality check to ensure it meets the return conditions. You can choose to have your return processed as a replacement, refund, or store credit based on your preference. Please note that personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of damage.

Once we receive the returned product and it passes our quality inspection, the refund or exchange process will be initiated within 2-5 business days. For prepaid orders, the refund will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your choice. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, you will need to provide your bank details for the refund transfer, or you may opt for store credit. Please note that the refunded amount will exclude the original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase.
