Order Cancellation Policy
At Joogly, we aim to provide a hassle-free shopping experience, and this includes a simple and transparent order cancellation process. No cancellation charges are levied by us. If your order qualifies for cancellation, you can cancel it without incurring any extra fees.
For personalized orders, once placed, these cannot be canceled. This is because personalized products are custom-made specifically for you, and once production begins, they are tailored to your preferences. Therefore, cancellations are not possible for these items.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, you can cancel your order only if it has not been shipped yet. If your COD order is still in processing and has not been dispatched, you can request a cancellation by contacting our customer support team at support@joogly.in . However, once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
For prepaid orders, if the order is eligible for cancellation, the refund will be processed within 2-8 business days after the cancellation request has been approved. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible. In such cases, you will need to follow the return policy if you wish to return the product after receiving it.
